Pressed from the fruit of our carefully tended grove—home to a harmonious mix of Frantoio, Leccino, Picholine, and Nocellara varieties—each bottle captures the unique terroir of Central Otago. The cool climate, long summer days, and pure alpine air of Mount Barker give our olives the distinctive colour and flavour profile that sets our award-winning oil apart.

Hand-harvested and carefully crafted from our mixed variety grove, our oil is blended from trees at varying stages of ripeness, creating a naturally evolving flavour that reflects the subtle variations of each season. The result is a beautifully distinctive oil—mellow and buttery in texture, with a warm, peppery finish—that remains consistently rich, balanced, and full of character. The finest of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil.
